Customers are vital to the success of your business. In Vastly, managing customer information and interactions is straightforward. Here’s how it works:
- Customer Details:
- Once a customer places an order through your shop, their details will be available on the “Customers” page in your dashboard.
- You also have the option to manually add customers yourself.
- Required Fields for Creating a Customer:
- Name
- Email (must be unique)
- Phone Number
- Town
- Assigning Customers to Orders:
- When creating an order in the dashboard, you can assign it to a customer. Note that the customer must have an “active” status to be linked to an order.
- Customer Portal:
- Vastly includes a customer portal that allows your customers to view and track their orders and personal details.
- This feature can be activated or deactivated in the settings under “Orders.”
- Passwordless Login:
- Customers with an active status can access the customer portal using a passwordless login system, providing a seamless and secure experience.
