Customers are vital to the success of your business. In Vastly, managing customer information and interactions is straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  1. Customer Details:
    • Once a customer places an order through your shop, their details will be available on the “Customers” page in your dashboard.
    • You also have the option to manually add customers yourself.
  2. Required Fields for Creating a Customer:
    • Name
    • Email (must be unique)
    • Phone Number
    • Town
  3. Assigning Customers to Orders:
    • When creating an order in the dashboard, you can assign it to a customer. Note that the customer must have an “active” status to be linked to an order.
  4. Customer Portal:
    • Vastly includes a customer portal that allows your customers to view and track their orders and personal details.
    • This feature can be activated or deactivated in the settings under “Orders.”
  5. Passwordless Login:
    • Customers with an active status can access the customer portal using a passwordless login system, providing a seamless and secure experience.
