Message Submission

  • Customer Interaction:
    • When a customer submits a message through the contact form on your storefront, the content of their message is immediately captured by the system.

Email Notification

  • Instant Alerts:
    • As soon as a message is submitted, you receive an email notification containing the full content of the message. This ensures that you can quickly respond to customer inquiries or concerns.

Message Storage

  • Record Keeping:
    • Along with sending you an email, the system also stores a record of the submitted message in the Contact module. This allows you to keep a detailed log of all communications for future reference or follow-up.
